Pricing

Customers

• Service fee: 5% of the transport price, added at payment.
• All displayed prices include VAT.
• The payment is held by Fretto and only released to the carrier after delivery is confirmed.
• Publishing a request and receiving quotes is free.

Carriers

• Fretto commission: 0% during launch. You receive the full transport price.
• The transfer goes to your Stripe account after delivery confirmation, or 48 h later without a complaint.
• Stripe's payment processing fees are borne by Fretto.
• Registering, sending quotes and using the dashboard is free.

Cancellations

Each carrier chooses the policy of each quote; it is shown before you accept. The service fee is refunded whenever the refund is full.

• Flexible

  Full refund up to 24h before; 50% after.

• Moderate

  Full refund up to 5 days before; 50% up to 24h before; 0% after.

• Strict

  50% up to 7 days before; 0% after.

If the carrier cancels, the customer is refunded in full, including the service fee.
